Comfort Inn & Suites High Point - Archdale

Our stay this time at the Comfort Inn & Suites was not as good as in the past. We were told when we checked in that there were new beds and new changes to the rooms. The main issues we had with the room were isolated to the bathroom. There were issues with the toilet and with the shower curtain rod, both of which I would have expected would have been taken care of prior to putting someone in the room. Due to COVID, breakfast was continental, which was expected. There wasn't as much choice as I expected, but I was glad breakfast was still an option under the circumstances. I'm not sure what has changed at this hotel, but it wasn't up to the standard we have become used to when staying at this hotel.

I was told I was upgraded to the third floor because they had just completed remodeling. Just to find that the new bed was hard as a rock, the white towels had yellow stones and there was no toilet tissue in the restroom. Very disappointed in the hotel and will look at other options when I come through next time.

The hotel was not busy. We requested additional pillows. The person at check-in wasn't sure if they had any. Then she said she would take them from another room. Some of the employees were not wearing masks.

The staff was nice. Their policy continuously changes and can be confusing.

Me and my Family Booked 3 rooms for the Weekend. This morning upon checkout we were leaving and I told my 3 children grab 1 muffin and a water for breakfast as we were getting ready to leave. The Desk clerk Brian told them they could not have one, unless they are in the sitting area. The sitting area was not clean and he did not have his mask on all the way on so we didn’t feel comfortable. They came back to the room told me so I went out there instead. As I’m getting 3 waters and 3 muffins (included in our stay) Brian literally ran up on me without his mask being properly on his face and within 6 feet and yelled I could have them! We paid for 3 rooms for the Weekend and I could not get complimentary breakfast that’s included in my stay for my kids in our room? He was very rude, and was not COVID Compliant!!! To make matters worse when we were about to check out he huffed really loud and walked the other way and refused to help so we just left! I felt uncomfortable, unwelcome and my kids were also affected by the way he spoke to them with utter disrespect. I will be writing Corporate! I do not recommend this location if you want good customer service!

Clean and updated. Staff was very friendly. Check in was fast.

Ladies at the desk were very helpful as to getting rides to downtown High Point

It is very convenient, hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant. 24 coffee is perfect.

First room we were given had feces in and on toilet. Second room had electrical buzzing. We left and went to different hotel.
