Excellent stay of 2 nights. The concierge was very helpful with information. The free shuttle service from the train station is unexpected and a plus. The location was excellent. The room and breakfast was spectacular.

Location of hotel is perfect just five minutes walk to Hakata Station. Room is clean and breakfast quality is good. Only one complaint is that I booked the corner room with bigger size and requested twin bed. During check-in, I was given the standard room and double bed.

Wonderful reception and breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Only issue is it's location. Not far enough to take tram, not comfortable enough to drag luggage to hotel. But other than that, everything is good about hotel. Quick wifi
