Rosarito Beach Hotel

I was really impressed with the hotel & the view! Room had a fridge, microwave and a stove. Thinking about staying here again only downside was the staff was very rude! Front desk and housekeeping weren’t very friendly.

So I was disappointed on the hotel I stayed. Not the new one for what I paid for. And I had checked in early in the morning for that same reason.

The picture is deceptive. Looks like you are booking on the high rise but it was a side building that didnt have internet, tv wasn’t working and they put me and my wife on valantines day in a room with two twin beds. Around 2am the couple next to us was yelling intensively and woke us up. Security came and took care of it but then around 4am the couple two doors down started yelling and the woman was kick out of her room by her boyfriend. She was banging on the door and yelling for 30 mins. I called security and she stop for a bit but then continued after security left. they said that they couldn’t call police because she was an RCI owner. At 6 am the same woman kept banging the door and wouldn’t stop. Overall the management could’ve done better either helping the woman get a room and not sleep on the corridor or get them both out. The fact that there wasn’t tv , internet and they put us on room with two twin beds was terrible.

Playas towers needs an upgrade it’s too old.

Close to lots of fun places and such a short commute to the beach! Will be back next month!!!

The hotel was nice and clean, staff was very nice but the comfort of the rooms was AWFUL. Bed was like laying on a board....so hard i had to check under the sheets to aee if we were laying on the box spring. That had a futon as a couch which was also very very uncomfortable and smelled even worse. They definatly need to update thier furnishings.

I stayed at RBH expecting a first class experience with room and amenities. I upgraded to the new section of the hotel and discovered the room to be subpar. Not only was the condition of the furniture worn and in need of repair and/ or refurbished, but the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The walls of the hotel are paper thin that you literally feel as if someone from another room is in your room. Definitely not worth the money that i spent for my stay. The positive was the view from the room and the closeness of restaurants and nearby fun.

I paid extra for a better hotel and this hotel doesn’t deserve three stars. The water was cold half the time. There is no heater for the living area and the heater on the bedroom is horrible. There is no microwave but a stove with nothing to use with it; pointless! The people above us kept making loud banging noises and when asked if they could send someone it did nothing. The room service was ok, but that’s about it. Low quality for the price.

Loved our stay.. very attentive.. just didn’t appreciate the towels .. they looked dirty
