We loved how the hotel was located, it was walking distance to everything what we needed during our stay. We had a great room with an amazing view, but unfortunatley it was not clean at all, even not after the room service, which seems to make only the bed. We watched everyday with hope someone would clean the obvious rosin which was next to the bin during our entrire stay, but no. Its was really dirty everywhere with a lot of dust and hairballs. We loved the place itself but Something really have to change, we read the comments before and nearly every second one said ... dirty ...

Das Appartement im 23. Stockwerk hat uns in jeder Hinsicht fasziniert. Es waren offensichtlich vor allem Businessgäste. Professioneller Umgang mit den Gästen. Toller Spa und Pool.

I found bugs in my bed when I arrived and when I tried to change rooms they gave me a hard time about it. Eventually the put me on a floor where they were doing construction, it was loud and smelled terrible. Also, housekeeping walked into my room twice when I had my do not disturb sign up. I was getting undressed one of the times, that was really messed up.

So far so good. Nice and clean, 2 bedroom unit is just nice for us. Friendly and helpful staff well verse in Mandarin and English. Kitchenette is equipped with basic cookware, dish washing detergent and sponge. The only thing lack of is bigger bowl. If cook something with soup, you can only serve and eat using the pot.

I booked this aparthotel because of a very impressive stay at another Fraser Suites residence in the past. I was hopeful for a similar experience. With this stay, I was disappointed to find out that our room was more run down and not as clean. Furthermore, I think they gave us a smaller / lower grade room compared to what I booked. I could have asked for something different, but my family and I were too tired after a long day of travel.

Very tidy and lovely place equipped with everything you need, the only things is bathrobe was dirty. so far over roll everything is good.. We had a great stay!

Very nice hotel and the room included a kitchen and a washer/dryer which made it convenient for our stay.

Excellent location that is within walking distance to many high traffic locations, but still quiet enough to get a good night of sleep. Furthermore, it’s also a $3 cab ride to about half dozen sights. The service staff is also one of best I have had in years. We had AC problems twice during our stay and the staff was on sight and fixed the problem minutes after we called the front desk. Both my wife and I would stay here again next time we visit Shanghai.

The location is good and near to many amenities. This is a service apartment type hotel complete with all the facilities. Ideal for long stay.
