The hotel was good for an overnight, but the room could use a deep clean especially the sink. The only downside was being close to the door near the dog area where other guests were loud, as well as the thin walls where you could hear every single noise. Which set off my 2 dogs that have anxiety. None of us slept much.

The staff is friendly and helpful and our room was clean but I took points off on cleanliness because the whole third floor smelled like stale tobacco despite being non smoking. You could smell it getting off the elevator but also in bed at night. It wasn’t just our room; our relatives reported the same. 2nd floor did not have these issues. I do not usually havw a strong sense of smell but this was really overbearing. Also the sheets at this hotel were once again too small for the bed. The bottom should go down to the bottom corners, instead it extends just over each corner of the mattress. The top should also be wide enough to tuck in on each side; instead it just extends an inch past the top of the bed on both sides. They use I think Queen size sheets on a king sized bed, which means the fitted sheet rolls off the corners when you sleep and two people have two sleep right up next to each other to both be covered by the sheet. Last time I stay here, which is too bad because the staff is very nice and it is very close to where I need to be, but next time we will stay in Polaris.

My wife and I typically choose this chain no matter where we travel however, this is probably the first time weve had any issues. Staff was great, clean, complimentary breakfast and cofee alll fantastic. IT WAS NOISY AS S*** LOL!!! We legit heard when our neighbors opened and closed their blinds. It sounded like construction was going on outside our window but no hard hats in sight! Had me getting up at 1am checking to make sure no one was coming to steal us.

Bed was very hard, I was on the first floor and it was noisy, and my room had a handicapped equipt bath/shower and the mechanism that was supposed to make it handicapped accessible made it impossible for me to take a shower with the shower head up above and spraying water down. Instead, the water sprayed straight out from the shower head and I had to use it as a handheld in order to wash my hair.

We had ants in our room. The ants were on the headboards and the table in between the beds. We had to be moved from a double room to a king. The issue with this is it was a friend and myself so one of us had to sleep on a small dirty couch. When we checked out we asked to speak with the manager and we were told he was too busy to speak with us. We were told he would be in contact with us but we have yet to hear from him, it has been 5 days. I have emailed him twice since our check out date and he has not responded. To say this was a disappointing experience would be an understatement. It is still our expectation that we hear from them. We were asking for compensation not an entire refund but it doesn’t seem that they want to even apologize for the situation and inconvenience.
