Schöne Lage, hilfsbereite Mutatbeiter, saubere Zimmer.
Schöne, geräumige und sehr saubere Zimmer. Hotel liegt in wunderbarer Landschaft. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Friendly and caring staff. However the facilities are rundown. Our room was noticeably slanted and the pillowcases were dirty on check in. The overall appearance of the property is that it needs a solid cleaning and a facelift (even though the floors and toilets seem newer). Food options are more expensive and with fewer menu selections than the another Kyle Canyon dining option.
Property is scenic. Late check in (4:00). Came in at 3. Told room wasn’t ready, but for early check in fee it was ready. Came back at 4:00 and of course the line was huge and slow to move since it was cold and getting dark so everyone who was waiting around for check in. Bed was probably worst I’ve experienced in a hotel. Wife and I both woke up very sore from soft bed that sloped into the middle. Dinner was fair at best. Wife’s was underseasoned but good and my pasta dish came in a bowl with 1 standing inch of broth and oil! Service was good around the property and very scenic
It’s was okay the views were great and the breakfast was awesome ...the room was not soo clean and the bed was sooo uncomfortable we saw spider webs and the dinner Buffett was horrible
Love the stay & the hotel The staff it’s not very friendly. Also better service in the restaurant area as well
Check in was unfriendly Direct Tv was out so we could not watch our sports down at the bar Bed was like laying on concrete very hard The water faucet in the bathroom was half broke The bartender Albert was excellent! We had a balcony and no elevators we had to walk up three flights of stairs and I have back issues
It’s good for a quick getaway
HUGE GAPS under doors - Paper thin walls - Majority of people are abusing the capacity of their rooms I noticed the two times walking to the lobby from the 3rd floor at the very end of the hallway. About as far as you could possibly get from the UPPER deck parking that you must manually carry your luggage down - In the Future I would likely stay somewhere like the Santa Fe hotel or something similar to save money and have more comfort and options. This place leaves you in a desolate area with no food options except for candy and wine for the most part - which were VERY overpriced. Vending machine on 3rd floor was actually out of water at $2.75 a bottle for 20oz aquafina. it was $1.75 for one TINY bag of chips. The breakfast buffet didn't feel like a buffet at all - and it was FREEZING in there. They had the thermostat showing 67 - you'd think comfort would be their goal. the bed has no real heavy comforter so as other reviews said blankets are a big deal. I read before and brought our own - There was no remote in the room except for apple tv. so You couldnt turn the tv on or off from the bed either. The wifi was very very crappy from the hours of 930pm - 1130 pm Likely when everyone is using it. The balcony was VERY VERY VERY SMALL as was the room. I definitely won't be staying here again after what was offered for the price. One good thing is they have the cheapo coffee inserts from starbucks and decaf if you ask. Lots of guests there over indulge with alcohol
Service was ok. The only hotel employee who smiled was the guy in the restaurant who was fixing the buffet table. The window in the room was broken. If you open the window, it will fall into you so we keep it closed. But the view and the location was just right.
