Riu Santa Fe All Inclusive

This hotel is in a great location and is pretty big. If you get an ocean view room, it’s worth it! The rooms are also clean and spacious. Bed was alright. I know it’s All Inclusive! BUT the food was not good! It was pretty bland and super basic. The drinks too! All the alcohol was off brand! Cheap stuff I’ve never heard of. So you can get anything you want but the quality is NOT good. They are following covid guidelines and are very precautions and clean with everything. Service was amazing! Everyone is so nice! Overall is was an ok hotel, I probably wouldn’t go back though.

Mal en general.... Reservamos una habitacion 2 doble, y nos habian dado una KS, nos cambiaron y eran 2 camas dobles pegadas. La condición de la habitación mala, puerta del baño rota, paredes rayadas, AC no funcionaba, el baño no ventilaba, la chapa de la puerta rota, la regadera floja. El servicio pésimo, mal trato de los meseros, de la hostess, tardaban mucho, 1 solo restaurante abierto y el buffet, la comida fria. El encargado de transporte a fuerza nos queria meter en el taxi de su amigo y no dejaba pasar al Uber.

The food and drinks are awful.

Food was overall pretty good. Evening Entertainment was a bit too much for younger kids or more conservative folks. EXCEPT Mariachi show which was quite good.

Overall this was an okay experience. The staff, for the most part, were very friendly and tried to assist where the could. The issues are the other guests (more below) and the food. Other Guests: This property (Santa age) is the “low budget” RIU property and it shows. From constant drunken guests keeping you awake at night to random guests lighting cigarettes in the restaurants at their table, without the staff saying anything. The best way I described it to my travel buddy was, “this is the Walmart of RIU and the clientele act like ‘people of Walmart’”. Food: Stay away from the buffets at all costs! Terrible!!! We were able to try all of the restaurants and the steak house, for dinner, was pretty good, the Asian restaurant was the best but that’s because of the appetizers and the Mexican restaurant wasn’t worth it. Really the largest thing lacking is consistency and quality grade products. I went on this trip with a buddy and our focus was on diving all week. With early wake up times required and coming back from diving all day this property was fine for the bed but lacked for respectful guests and quality food.

Friendly staff, clean, huge property, breakfast and lunch not impressive, dinner was great. Poor gym, nice pools. Nice price!

I had an ocean view suite. It was decent. The food was not the greatest but what I expected. My favorite food was not at the buffets or restaurants but at the burger place by the pool and the taco bar near the front at night

Wow really nice place it has everything you need. Food was great also drinks were also good. I will come again
