Not our best trip
We love Las Palomas but this trip we really didn't have a good condo. Very limited items supplied in the kitchen some things didn't work. Our shower lacked pressure, stove one of the burner didn't work, Pans were horrible to cook with. We a bird living on the patio so it was covered in bird poop. This was our first of very many trips to this resort so was very surprise with this condo not being work the money.

We loved the resort! My kids loved our condo. Only con was that it’s a huge and there aren’t any big markings of which building is which. We managed and of course the staff is very helpful!

Amazing place to stay. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Very spacious. The private beach was a plus. Will definitely be going back.

Had an amazing time. The bed was very firm but that preference for the owner. Didn’t have much to do besides swim and staff were not able or willing to Inform on other options outside of pool and beach. We saw jet skis and parasailing but couldn’t figure out how to obtain one. Overall Jada great time and will go back.

Bad reception service/supervisor.
They gave us the wrong room and i had to wait 2 hrs for the other room which took out time from our vacation. When i went to tell them we should have a free dinner or something for their error. He stated we are not charging you for changing room i was like really you guys were the one that mad the error. Bad reception service and the supervisor did not handle things at all but to just move me rooms. I would call everyother day to make sure had the rooms i needed. And it was our anniversary!

The room we stayed in was nice and the hotel staff were all very nice. The elevators were down off and on during our stay and at one point I had to walk up and down from our 9th floor room. The check in process took an extremely long time. It was literally over an hour. The grounds were well maintained and we spent alot of our time by the swim up bar.
