WoodSpring Suites Junction City

everything was clean and amazing.. the girls up front were super helpful.. i will be looking for a woodsprings everytime i travel from now on.. just based on this stay.. they took a scared worn out family..and made us feel at home..

I love that you have to have a card to enter all main doors to the rooms. It’s always clean. All the staff is friendly and helpful. We have stayed here 3 times now and we love it here. I would highly recommend this to anyone. We will definitely be back.

Had to call a lady to come check me in, and I’m pretty sure she drove from her house to do it. Nobody said anything about my room being a smoking room during my check in, but I was greeted by the disgusting stench of cigarettes smoke, and 2 ash trays in my room.

I was staying with my baby and they didn’t give me a towel they told me to come tomorrow during the hours of 10 and 2pm. I stayed four day’s and when I asked where to throw my trash, they said to take it to the dumpster behind the building by the corner. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Place waa noisey. and reeked of smoke. Was a non-smoking room but hallways and elevators smelled. Bed wasn’t that comfortable. No one on duty so had to call to get someone there. So no one to keep things quiet etc.

No one was there, it was midnight and we had a reservation. You had to call the desk personnel and wait until she got up and got dressed. Our room was clean but didn't have a coffee pot, a lamp by the bed a blow dryer, and a hand towel.

Minimum amenities but clean, and friendly staff. Convenient location off highway.

Filthy, lumpy mattresses that sit on metal springs instead of a box spring there's no hygiene no soap the floor has dirty Workman boots stains on in the bathroom there's hair on the toilet and dirt on the shower the top of the stove can certainly use an SOS pad it's horrible there's no coffee pot no nothing we have to leave to go get coffee in the morning at three different places to find coffee. The staff was nice the manager ended up refunding all of my money which was very professional under the circumstances I've never been in a more generic glorified prison cell of a room in my life the hallways are linoleum just straight beige paint the rooms are straight face paint with one little 11 by 14 picture nothing else on the walls no curtains how many blind so light shines in from the parking lot all night long. I wouldn't stay here unless somebody paid the $63 that we were charged for me and I was desperate and homeless

The hotel was clean but the bed was lumpy and they didn't provide basic hygiene products like soap. They do allow pets for an extra fee.

Looks okay from outside, but it is laid out like a prison floor plan. Cell block to cell block, loud, no privacy, no security. What a hell hole.
