Inn at Haystack Rock

My wife, 2 cats and self stayed the night after being at another hotel for a few days. This was in there new secondary location #11. Upstairs/downstairs. Place was great size and had full kitchen. Lexi was helpful at check in. Couch smelled pretty bad of mildew. Had to get up after few min. Definitely time to change the carpets and maybe a few other things. No cable upstairs but do have free movies. We found ourselves out and about more bc wouldn’t want to hang there too long. If you plan on only really sleeping there and having a meal a day inside then perfect (beds were comfy). Definitely not a romantic getaway by any stretch.

Lovely clean modern room. Small but very adequate. Great gas fireplace. Staff were friendly and quickly brought us requested extra pillows. Comfy bead. Surprisingly quiet given the room is 50 feet from a busy road. WiFi was great. There is an extra dog fee, but that’s normal. Easy walk to town and to the beautiful beach. We had a perfect Cobb Salad to share from the Wayfarer Restaurant (10min walk away).

We really enjoyed our stay here. Tabitha at check in was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, close to downtown and a block from the beach. We picked the cottage with the spa tub and it was lovely. Everything was great.

Was wonderful. Comfortable, clean and a perfect location to walk to beach and into town! We will be back!

Check-in service was very friendly and room was great. Can see the ocean from our room and a short walk to the beach. We ordered food from Public Brewery, fish and chips and clam chowder. They food was excellent.

Great location for beach proximity.

The room was very clean when we arrived. It’s an old building but nicely updated, although the small living room/kitchen has an strangely un-cozy feel to it (probably the stark white walls and bare laminate flooring). It was odd that a 2 bedroom unit that could sleep up to 7 people only had one couch to sit on. That meant we had to relax in the evening sitting on dining chairs. The beds were comfortable. The roof right outside one of the bedrooms had a tarp on the roof and when the wind blew, which was all the time because it’s at the beach, it was extremely noisy. There was also a lot of noise from the road. The beach was just a block away and haystack Rock was super close.

Amazing storms both days. We were in a cute one bedroom. Nice & clean. The spa was great. The only thing i would recommend is better bed.The bed was very uncomfortable for two people with bad backs. As well as very noisy.

Inn at Haystack Rock is an excellent little place, and yes I will be returning next year! The room was small but clean, the kitchenette had everything I needed to handle eating takeout, refrigerating takeout, and reheating takeout, and the fireplace in my room was delightful :) next year I'm going to see about getting one of the rooms with a spa...
