I was actually not very satisfied with our stay. When you book a stay at a five-star hotel, I find it quite surprising that there is no coffee in the room. We called the reception to ask about this and were told that only tea was provided, unless we had upgraded to a more expensive room.
The pillows in the bed were very poor, and the headboard was bent in such a way that it was impossible to sit up in bed to watch TV.
We also tried the lunch menu at the restaurant and found that several of the dishes were completely inedible. The chicken was full of cartilage, and unfortunately, we had to send back almost the entire meal because it simply wasn’t good.
Overall, the room was nothing special and did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. We were quite disappointed this time and, unfortunately, will probably not return.
