Mayfair Hotel (former Smartline Paphos)

A Good hotel to stay during your visit. I recommend it.

Me and my partner stayed at Mayfair hotel for 9 nights and overall we had a great time. However, initially

Hotel was great . However Expedia did not notify the hotel of my booking and my 3night break was spent trying to sort my reservation and the hotel trying to ask me for payment when money has been paid to Expedia . Would not recommend Expedia customer service and complaint raised

The hotel was an average 3 star all inclusive hotel. The food was good but not great, plenty of choice but you couldn't rely on the markings to what it actually was.. The room was fine but dated, as with some All inclusives there was only 1 barman working meaning a long wait for drinks in the evening.

the food was very good plenty of it and dinner was different every day can't fault it. the all inclusive well worth it. the entertainment was more for families which was fine we were all adult group. The hotel was very clean and well looked after every day. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would go back

Awesome trip. Well priced hotel, great location, great food, rooms are a good size and clean. My third visit in just over 12 months

Room was not decorative at all. Bed and pillows v hard. Restaurant food v basic and dormitory quality. No entertainment at night. Indoor pool was not filled. Spa was not open. Water temperature in shower vascilated from v hot to cold. Had to ask to have room made up. Sheets and pillowcase not changed. Had to pay to have luggage securely stored in a locker. Luggage storeroom was open and unlocked and unguarded.

Staff always obliging and friendly. Any requests were dealt with immediately. The Restaurant exceeds 3 stars by far. George, Adoula and all the staff were very professional and friendly, and the meals were exceptional, with theme nights of Cypriot, Asian, Italian, Fusion or a mixture of all, so there was a choice for everyone, and if not people could inform George, the Dining Manager, and the chef would prepare an alternative especially for dietary or allergy requirements. There are 3 bus routes to the harbour within 3 minutes walk, and from the harbour you can go anywhere. The grounds are spacious and kept beautifully, with many varieties of flowering tres and roses, with 2 swimming pools, and extra pools for children, with plenty of sun beds and table seating. This was our first time in Cyprus, and a fortnight was not long enough. Already planning a return.
