Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Zimmer geräumig, selbst mit 3 Kindern. Lage optimal direkt am Strand mit sehr schöner und großer Poolanlage mit Lazy River, perfekt für Kids. Whirlpool direkt daneben (etwas sehr heiss) super zum entspannen und Kids trotzdem im Auge behalten. Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichlich. Es gibt Pancakes, so dass sich die Kids satt werden. Hier beim Frühstück ist das Personal etwas zu lahm und dafür dann beim Schließen sehr fix (15 Minuten vor Ende wird bereits abgebaut und Türen teilweise geschlossen). Also rechtzeitig da sein, dann ist alles super. Gerade für Familien bestens geeignet das Hotel.

Very clean hotel. Only 18 months old. Great customer service and great beach location. It was lovely to have complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby and sweet tea and water available at all times. The suites are big and clean and include a fridge and microwave. The extra sink was also very practical as was the keyring machine. The flooring helps in keeping the floors swept. The architect and inteior designers really must have taken the time to think things through.

Very excellent staff and service. Good food. Clean and bright. Great place for our mid-winter break at the beach.

This would be a wonderful hotel. Modern and excellent location on beach. Indoor and outdoor pools and an amazing jacuzzi stay open to 12am. Amazing! Unfortunately the room was filthy. The bathroom floor specifically had a hair and other debris and the coffee maker had dead bugs.

A perfect stay! When we arrived, the door key wasn't working due to the receiver on the door being dead. Maintenance quickly came up and replaced the battery. Pool areas were clean, breakfast was hot and delicious. There was a line and it was served by staff, so get there with enough time. I was very happy with our stay!

Very clean and beautiful. They had great amenities and the customer service was awesome!

Had a great stay. Surprised grandson that he could go swimming in an indoor pool! Facility was very clean, staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good!

WOW!! Great hotel and terrific service. We were able to check in a little early and the lovely gal who checked us in even upgraded us to a higher room. Our view was spectacular of the ocean. Room was large and comfortable, nice shutters on the windows, huge bathroom. We were gifted with two free drinks and we really didn't want for much while we were here. There is a nice grill onsite poolside where we enjoyed some delicious shrimp tacos. The drinks were made just right and were so refreshing. They offer a tasty breakfast in the morning and there is plenty of seating to social distance yourself or you can take your food back to your room. Most of the time employees were wearing masks and if not, they had a partition between themselves and guests. Elevators were clean and even smelled clean every time we rode one.There is a large pool and spa but who needs a pool when the ocean is just steps away. This was our first trip to this area of Florida and we could not have been more pleased. Sunsets were phenomenal both nights we were there and we did swim even though the water was a bit cool. We walked the beach in the morning and saw stingrays, jellyfish and lots of other little fish. The water was crystal clear and beautiful. The sand was soft and white as can be. I highly recommend a stay here when in the area. You will not be disappointed.
