The front desk clerk was awesome. Very helpful and pleasant. The pull out couch bed was extremely uncomfortable for someone to sleep on. The bathroom was a little on the dirty side.

Friendly staff…great for family travel
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The young man at checkin was very pleasant, as was each staff member we encountered throughout our stay. We weren’t sure what to expect with the hotel undergoing renovations but you honestly didn’t even notice! We are looking forward to visiting again once the changes are complete and our travels take us their direction.

Read this before you book !!
The pool has been closed for over a year , Not to covid-19. Nobody told me that they were remodeling now. Staff spent most of the time out front smoking. Good price but don't expect anything else.

Worst customer service!!!!!!!!!!
Upon arriving at 7:30 in the afternoon I was informed that they could not give me keys to my room because their key card activator was not working at this time. We left and went to eat and then came back a little later....
I booked a suite with 2 queens and a sofa bed. Upon arriving i checked in and went to my room to find that it was not a suite with a sofa bed or 2 queens. It was a king handicap accessible room. I then went to the front desk to inform them of this and they stated it was all they had and that they had changed my reservation. I had booked this over a month ago, and they took it upon themselves to change my reservation without telling me or asking..... he stated that he could not do anything about it, and that i could talk to the manager in the morning... so the next morning i spoke with the manager who stated there was nothing she could do they had to change my reservation because they were overbooked. She was extremely rude and began yelling at me when I asked her how she could change my reservation without informing us and still making us pay for the suite that i had booked... i then raised my voice to her as she was yelling at me telling me it was not her fault and she reaponded with stating that i had 30 monutes to vacate her property and that my husband and children could stay at her property but i was not welcome!
The room was very unclean. The bathroom floor had hair all over it as well as dirt and urine stains.

We would stay here again.
It's clean and the service was friendly. The value was fair as they have lowered the price to match the condition of the place. It appeared they were beginning a complete renovation of the facility which we elevate the issues we experienced. In the mean time you might find the furniture worn out and uncomfortable.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was in need of a makeover. A bug crawled across the sheets and black stuff flew out of the vent when the air was turned on. Breakfast was as expected due to the pandemic.

Poor customer service
Arrived at 9 PM told the person on duty that I had lost my wallet I had no idea how but I did have the credit card that I charge the room with because I use my wife’s but my name was on the reservation he said well it appears we have a problem and from there it went downhill and then he made us leave and it was a horrible experience and we did nothing wrong very very very poor customer service!!
