The ample living room has a dining area for up to six people, a comfy seating area with a double sofa bed, a TV and access onto a lovely terrace with views over the Mar Menor, Mediterranean Sea, Tomás Maestre Marina and Estacio Canal - what lovely views!
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and sea views; the second bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe and sea views, too. Between both bedrooms, there is a family bathroom with walk-in shower; and an independent fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and galley area with washing machine.
There is air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms and high speed internet with fibre optic. There is a parking space in the underground communal garage included in the price.

Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.
Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.

Puerto Mar is a lovely development with ample green areas, children's playground and large pool that is normally open from April to October (dates to be confirmed by season)
Located very close to the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to which a street market takes place every Saturday morning.
