The building was a little dated, and I was surprised there was no air conditioning. I realize that many properties in that area do not have air conditioning, but with the unseasonably warm weather, we had to leave the windows open at night to sleep comfortably. This created a noisy environment and made it hard to sleep. Some of the amenities were missing - silverware, soap, and toilet paper - luckily we are low maintenance and just bought our own in the Asian market right downstairs. The room was clean and nicely decorated, but the building itself was very dated and if a patron was expecting perfection, they may want to look somewhere else. Overall, it was a good experience, the location was great - right near the market and harbor, and very close to Westlake Station, so it was very easy to get around the city.
