Nicht zu empfehlen. Insgesamt drei mal das Zimmer gewechselt bis das vierte einigermaßen in Ordnung war. Es war trotzdem sehr dreckig und wie auch alle anderen Zimmer voller Haare auf der Bettwäsche etc. Meine

My arrival was at night. I was supposed to stay for 4 nights. 1st room dirty. Blood and spots on the bed sheets 2nd room dirty as well (bed) 3rd room dirty but ok for one night Got upgraded after talking to manager. Upgraded room was good. Room1-3: - No hook for towels in bathroom. - No shower gel and shampoo. No hairdryer in the room 4. Asked 4 times, but did not get a hairdryer. In 2 of the 4 rooms I was offered, there was no table and chair in the room WIFI just in lobby, very slow. All inclusive beer in bottle was served warm. No draft beer, even if shown in the bar menu . Just some drinks are all inclusive. For others you need to pay extra. No taxi to airport can be charged to the room. I left the hotel one night earlier.

Our holiday experience from staying at the Hātel Club Al Moggar was far less than satisfactory and we would go so far as to say awful! We were allocated a room that was filthy, in a very poor state of repair i.e. broken draws, shower curtain rancid, rusting and broken fixtures and fittings. The entire room was in diire need of renovation and updating. There was an overwhelming pungent odour of drains, the furniture was covered in dust and the bed linen was not fresh. The room had the impression of a space that was meant for service staff or that it had not been in use for sometime. Either way it was a space not fit for human habitation. When we approached staff to request a room change - which seemed as though this was an inconvenience as no apologies were offered and we were made to stay in the room overnight after being told another room would not be made available until 12 noon the next day. We had an awful night, we were not able to use the bathroom facilities because of the state of the bathroom. On the 3rd room offer we felt this was an acceptable standard. After all this the hotel staff were hostile and unhelpful. They offered no help, support, advice or welcome package for coming to Agadir or staying at their hotel. Our stay was further ruinred by the Agadir tour offered by the hotel, which was nothing less than shockingly inadequate, as we were shunted into a taxi inbetween fares to have a whistle stop tour of the local souvenir Shops. Very Disappointed!

Food was not good Two beautiful pools Hôtel near the beach

Right next to beach front with cordoned off part for guests of hotel. Rooms old and poor. Food average-dont waste money on All Inclusive-breakfast is fine + plenty of restuarants everywhee which are cheap. Pools are great. Takeaway on site brilliant as were staff there.

Furniture in bedroom is old, No wifi in hotel room, Food is terrible and the same everyday, A.C isn’t powerful, balcony isnt clean, bathroom shower and toilet isnt powerful. Two great things about this hotel. 1, great location and 2, swimming pool is decent.
