Culture Hotel Villa Capodimonte

I loved that the grounds were well maintained. The exterior of the property is beautiful and would’ve nice to experience in the summertime. Service otherwise was terrible. We had an early flight and we asked the front desk for blankets shortly after checking in (because they weren’t in our room as they claimed they should be). I had to call 2 more times over a span of 5 hours just to get the blankets because the heat was off in our room. Eating in the restaurant wasn’t a great experience either. We had to flag someone down 10 minutes after we arrived just to get water, then again to order. Both times the server came over on his phone and barely listened to what we had asked. Our food came out by a different server and no one ever came back. He served the other table beside us but never came over to help. The rooms in this property were ok. Clean for the most part, but missing some items in the room and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. I didn’t even want to stand in the shower as it wouldn’t drain and the shower curtain was stained and not clean. Overall, I couldn’t expect much for the price that I paid. It was convenient and close to the airport. Aside from that, I would not be back.

If you are going by car hotel is hard to reach because of narrow roads. Hotel overall were nice and room service is good. Hotel were little old maybe renovation would be good. I stayed there only one night and receptionist were really nice guy

The hotel setting is beautiful. within walking distance to a wonderful park and art museum. staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent

We arrived late and in the rain from Naples airport. They stayed open till we arrived. Lovely hotel and gardens with an excellent breakfast buffet. Elegant old-time feeling.

Only stayed one night but helpful and friendly staff.

Fully serviced hotel with bar and restaurant. Location close to airport. Parking on site.

The room was clean and big and what I like the most was the YouTube TV for my kids

We stayed here before flying back home very early the next morning. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed . They gave us good tips on what to do on our afternoon in Naples and arranged a taxi to the airport for the next morning for a reasonable price. They also gave us a picnic breakfast. Great hotel, great value, would stay again.

we were on vacation with family and friends. Some of our family staying in at another hotel downtown, so our kids wanted to choose whether or not to stay with us or grandpa and grandma downtown. This hotel nickel and dimed us on everything!!....charged us another 100 Euro to have our kids come up the hill to spend some time with us in afternoon. Kids were constantly pestered and followed around by staff. The hotel counts every euro & overcharged us for taxes, etc upon checkout. The manager is extremely rude!! I wanted to immediately check out, but he said he would not refund any money. My kids are 12 and 10. They were treated like crap - this place is like an old ratty place. Towels were counted in and out. They wanted to charge extra for 2 more. Our shower leaked all over bathroom floor when taking shower & reception said they knew about it but can't do anything. Hence we needed the 2 extra towels to mop up floor. We were cleaning up their mess!! Fix the dang shower!!! There were gross bird poop inside room on curtains. I mean how can you call this place 4 stars? - it barely is 2 stars. Hotels.com needs to reevaluate this hotel. Very unethical & disgusting place! Charging US customers high rates & Not in agreement with what they post on Hotels.com. Because they have gotten away with it in past. I told them that I had been in Europe 14 days & had not experienced this anywhere else on our trip! I don't recommend anyone staying here!
