Es Saadi Marrakech Resort - Hotel

Hotel total runterkommen, nicht mal 1 Sterne wert. Dann noch der Baulärm dazu. Die Preise die sich das Hotel erlaubt zu berechnen ist unmöglich. Frühstücksangebot ist sehr schlecht. Preislich 5 Sterne für eine Qualität die nicht mal ein 1 Stern wert hat. Ich fühlte mich angezogen. Ich Kamm jedem nur empfehlen für das Geld bekommt man in Marrakesch besser Hotels. Das einzige positive ist die Damen die zuständige sind für die Zimmer sind sehr freundlich. Die Damen an der Rezeption untauglich und nicht freundliche eher arrogant und eingebildet!

It was an amazing stay. everything was perfect and the staff was above their duties... always smiling and very helpfull. I would definitely come back. very good experience.

The hotel is great - with delicious breakfast and poolside but the room are quite dated and the overall service we received was not great. Considering it is a 5 star hotel, expected better service and quality of the rooms.

Awful bed bug and tick experience!...don't be fooled by the 5-star rating. The hotel is run-down, and the service is terrible. It can't be a 5-star. Hot water comes and go, towels have holes, bedding has ticks, lamps are broken, window blinds have gap...even charging an iPhone takes forever ( certainly overloaded circuits). Wait, the rooms still use keys that you are required to leave at the concierge who seem to hand them to whoever asks! Totally unacceptable. This is a total scam and the hotel should be shut down.

Great weekend stay in Marrakech with amazing service. No complaints!

There is no minibar even one can of coke! Telephone was broken and I had to go down to concierge ask for a knife and the lady in reception very rude manner after 3 min taking to her colleagues decided to ask me if she can help! I asked for a knife and she said you have to call room service and I replied are you aware the phone is not working! My sister is gluten intolerant and I managed to find a cake suitable for her as soon as she start eating a member of staff ran to us and asked us not to eat unless we buy it from the pool bar!!! An other occasion when I asked for extra towel As the otheR one was wet the pool boy told me you are allowed only one towel! Which kind of service is that??!

Hotel is not well maintained.l. Outdated furniture and facilities. We have occupied 3 Room categories. Bungslow Nr. 13 is located at the pool and on the back is the car entrance of the palace , Casino and nightclub. The noise level is enormous by honking Tacis, fighting Taxi drivers and Drunk night club visitors until 5..30 am and despite the Entrance belonging to the same ownership and the problem is known no corrective action is taken. My kids got an upgrade in the suite 509. Clean, nice furniture Etc.... My mother was in a normal room 229 with pool view. Out dated facilities and furniture. My brother was in the 427 city view similiar condition but couldn't sleep because the traffic snd car noise.

The property was beautiful!!!! The entrance is grand and beautiful! The greeting staff is beautiful! They were very attentive and kind. However the rooms do not look entirely like the pictures. The room I stayed in could use some upgrading, tiles were scratched and falling apart. The toilet backed up early in the morning our first day! The sink is slow to go down. The room was large. The rooms advertised that captivates you are suites and upgrades $250.00 per day per person! The indoor pool that captivates you are upgrades that costs $55.00 per person every day! My stay was pleasant and I enjoyed it immensely. I was comfortable and the staff was great. The breakfast was amazing! The food was great ask for Moroccan Crepes!

Es Saadi was an amazing resort to stay at. The concierge was so helpful with scheduling our activities and the staff was very attentive and friendly. My friends and I felt very safe at the resort and because it has so much to offer it was the perfect place to stay. The breakfast provided each morning was spectacular as well. I will definitely be returning!

We had a great stay! For folks that frequent 5 star places this might be a bit of a let-down, but we tend to stay in more budget friendly venues so this felt like true luxury. Staff were friendly, the room was clean snd comfortable, great location and beautiful poolside, with restaurant and bar!
