Ich fragte schon bei der Buchung an ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt ein Elektroauto zu laden. Weder bekam ich eine Antwort bei der Buchung noch beim Einchecken. Parkplätze sind nur wenige vorhanden und die meisten sind dann noch einfach abgesperrt für VIP. Für Reisende mit Auto ist das Hotel ungeeignet.

Location is super convenient to most things. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The only thing to complain a out was the bathtub/shower who CB was nearly impossible to get into even as a young adult. Can’t imagine and older person or child being able to get in. Breakfast was also very good.

Had the best view out of all the available rooms. Thank you for that! Best location near to the Lake. Breakfast was okay, coffee serving would be much better. Dinner at arrival was overpriced and the quality of the food was not the best, furthermore, the server could barely speak English.

Hotelnl is right very ckose to the Lake Bled, only few minutes walking distance. Super views from Lake facing rooms of Lake Bled, the Castle and Bled island. The hotel is very clean and bright, rooms are also large and bright. Breakfast has very wide variety of hot and cold dishes which will satisfy most guests as it caters to Veg and Non Veg guests. Staff is extremely polite, attentive and courteous in all departments, reception, breakfast room, hotel pub and house keeping. It was overall like a five star service. Tomas, at reception, requires a special mention. Though we could not avail of his free Bled tour due tonour short stay and his commitments to the festivities at this time of the year. Tomas made sure we had allbthe information we needed and also made our visit to the Castle a special momemt due to the performance the local troupe(including Tomas) perform at this time of the year. We even got to take part in their dance routine.

The hotel was comfortable and well located - up to a point. We chose a Lake view room and the room did have a view but in the foreground is a supermarket which had 3am deliveries. The coaches also park under these windows to load and unload. Breakfast was good but can get crowded with tour groups, we weren't on a schedule so went a bit later. I think the photos of the hotel's Lake view are a bit better than reality. Overall a good stay.

The staff are all very lovely and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was very disappointing. Dated, and there was a huge hole in the hall in the bathroom wall. The fact it’s called a mountain view room is ridiculous. I think if they were just honest and said non view I wouldn’t of been as disappointed. The “mountain view” is the car park. The jacuzzi wasn’t working properly. I think for the price they charge I expected much more and would stay at a different hotel next time.

Very convenient location. Room was clean. Paid for water view and it was not much of a view, mostly a building. The carpet in the hallway of our floor, #2, was filthy. Huge stains, led to bad first impression.

Beautiful view and excellent amenities—highly recommend!

The location was central and close to the lake. Breakfast buffet was superb and had a large variety of foods. Pool and saunas were nice.
