Since my arrival at 22:45 the Lady who attended me I was coming out of sleeping, not in the best mood, I took forever to assign me a room almost int the roof, FIVE STORIES WITH OUT A WORKING LIFT Had to come down to get my room key fixed , I requested bottles water, nothing available even having a restaurant facility, GO UP AGAIN WALKING TOMY ROOM BECAUSE NO ELEVATOR.
