Sun N Sand Resort

The room was very clean! The service was pretty good.

The staff was really nice but when we got off the elevator it smelled like old mop water. We opened up the door to the room and the smell was even louder than the hall way. Went to the bathroom and most of the paint was gone off the toilet and tub. Bathroom mirrors were filthy. Looked down at the floor by the kitchenette and it was duck taped down where the tile meets the wood. That did it for me. We decided to stay somewhere else. Since it was before 4pm they refunded the money with no problem. If you like the finer things in life. Don’t stay here. Ocean views were great but rooms need some attention.

The stay at Sun N Sands was a good stay for the right price. The room was clean and in good condition. The only negative thing was the bed was overly stiff and there was no blanket, but that's minimal.

Checking in and the first night was ok but the second and third night was the worse . I killed two roaches on Saturday night and two Sunday night . I was very uncomfortable we slept with the lights on . We took everything out our bags went on the balcony shook our stuff and put bags and suitcases on the other bed we had nothing on the floor. I told the housekeeper she supposed to being sending someone to spray they never showed. I was not trying to take anything home .

Bed linens were dirty and so was the bathroom!!!

We stayed 2 weekends in a row here because we were playing softball in Myrtle. The staff was nice, The beds were firm, but fairly comfortable. There was a full size refrigerator in the room, which was nice. The first room we had was a double queen. The toilet rocked, the phone did not work, the wall seemed to leak water from outside at one point (we were on the corner of the building) the curtains were missing several of the hooks, there was something dried and splattered on the baseboard on the wall near the door. Although the hotel says there will be limited linen service, we had to stop at the desk and ask for clean towels the first trip. The hall ways and elevators had a stale urine smell on the 4th floor, which was the closest floor with ice and a dryer. We Gave them another weekend shot, since I'd already booked it and it was cheaper than moving, second stay was similar. Several of the buttons on the various elevators didn't light up, so you couldn't be sure you'd pushed them. Just an overall feeling of the whole place being a little dirty. Won't stay here ever again.

I had an amazing stay with my girlfriend. It was much needed relaxation. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and right by the ocean . It was near a lot of food places and common stores. I’d definitely book here again !!!

They was button in the phone they had roaches the door to the balcony was brome toilet was dirty shower was dirty

It was awful the room was in rough shape customer service was awful.
