Very disappointed
We did not get the room that we reserved. We reserved a Deluxe King Suite with a king size bed and a sofa bed for our two kids. Upon check in, we were informed that the room didn't have a sofa bed and we were given one twin rollaway for the two children! When we asked for a second rollaway, we were told that they didn't have any more.

a little disappointing
We were going to a cemetery and doing some fall colors tour too. Most rooms in the area were filled up but we did get a whirlpool suite for $193. Room booked at $249. Well the room was a little disappointing/ the king bed spread had stains on it and the sheets did too. We did not use the whirlpool in the room. I did use the main whirlpool and it was very hot and the jets did more bubbles that a jet of water. We left before breakfast that started at 6am..Normally I really enjoy Americann's. I guess as properties age items wear out.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed including a microwave and refrigerator, comfortable beds, and necessary toiletries. It was clean but did have an odd smell in my opinion. It was an added bonus to have a pool and hot tub to our accessibility until 11 pm and a free breakfast as well. I felt the pool area was a little outdated but everything did work appropriately. Breakfast had a variety of options and was very appreciative
