Sunset at the Palms Resort - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Sunset at the Palms has won me over! From the amazing setting and ambience of the resort itself to its fantastic and super friendly staff, everything was perfect! Food/drink/beach/entertainment, they do it all and do it all well! Me and my wife 10/10 recommend staying with Sunset at the Palms and look forward to returning for years to come!

Absolutely loved Sunset at the Palms! So tranquil, intimate and relaxing amongst the beautiful tropical lush grounds.  The perfect place to get away during the pandemic to celebrate a birthday. The staff is what makes the resort.  They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! Kadian is so fantastic and spared no expense at ensuring this would be a birthday for my boyfriend to remember. Everything from a Birthday banner on the door to beautifully decorated towels on the bed and chilled champagne waiting for us after a day at the private beach!  Patrick and his staff were beyond accommodating and made us feel royal!  The only negative was the food....no local jamaican food on the menu...only American.

My boyfriend, myself and our two friends that we arrived and traveled with there really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was good and they had variety to choose from on the menus at nightly dinner, breakfast and the pool bars. The only things that I’d say need some improvement is the alcohol wasn’t very strong. The mixed drinks were good but I don’t think I had a good buzz the whole time I was there and we drank most of the day everyday. Also they never let me and my boyfriend sit with our friends that we traveled with and arrived with at any meals. It was disappointing that we spent so much money to go on vacation together and couldn’t enjoy a meal together at the same table, but yet our last night at dinner another group arrived and they let all 4 of them sit at a table together. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the setting, beach was across the street and water was SPECTACULAR - tranquil setting. The couples massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. WiFi and room phone were not working and even though bar hours are until 11 pm they closed at 1030 pm three of the six nights we were there. Maybe because of COVID but wish there were more dining options - 24/7 room service, ice cream bar, pizza at the beach bar...if you didn’t eat at designated hours sandwiches were left on a table by the lobby for you to take back to the room. Bottled Water was provided in abundance. Would I return again? Yes...but after COVID.

Loved the overall jungle feel, treehouse for your bedroom!! I definitely will be back to visit this place. I think with all the COVID-19 things going on it definitely put a damper on things. But worth a 2nd visit once things get back to normal!!

Beautiful resort with unique treehouses! Amazing and delicious food for every meal!

The property was beautiful. Like a Botanical Garden. The treehouses are adorable and cozy. There was not many things to do there and the beach was a long walk away.

This is our first time staying at this property in the grill. We usually go once a year to different resorts. This will be our new location every time we go to the grill. The staff the food and everything in between was perfect. Especially the staff they want to make sure you have a great experience. Especially our buddy AJ that we met that works there amazing people.
