The room itself was nice and the staff was extremely friendly, however, it was the other people staying there that ruined it for me. People are out in the hall at 1 a.m. talking loudly, at 7 a.m., you can hear every single person walk up and down the stairs, turn on showers, slam their doors, etc. I’m aware this isn’t the hotels fault, but maybe there should be a quiet time policy like most other hotels (or if there is one, make people aware of it).

We look forward to a good, hot shower t the end of the day, and we got one!

The manager was supet helpful even though travelosity did not transfer my reservation and we booked with a crefit card but I had to pay again at the hotel and due to the inconvenience he gave us a 10.00 discount

I did not receive nor was offered a receipt which I needed for business purposes. When I went to receive it at 5:30 AM on my last day I was greeted with a note saying not to disturb the motel staff until 6:00 AM!

It’s exactly what you’d expect for a 60$ per night hotel

We stayed here due to power outage due to storms across Iowa. We booked and paid thru hotels.com. when we arrived they did not have rooms available that we booked so he made us pay $30 more in cash to be able to stay. We had to pay or lose all of our money we had already paid. Sheets smelled musty.

good location...no elevator, tv not connected, but internet was good and fast in this emergency disaster area.

Nice place, reasonably priced and friendly staff.

This basic hotel faces little competition and is adequate at best. The bath towels were an exception as they were luxurious. No accolades or complaints here . I stayed three nights but did not experience the breakfasts due to an early schedule.

Only slightly bad thing was refrigerator in room was noisy.
