SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Indianapolis Northeast

Nice location very close to restaurants, malls and entertainment.

I Actually checked out after day 1 because the smell of smoke mixed with strong chemicals was too much. It felt dirty.

This hotel was nice but the best part was the friendly service and help by the front desk person. I would stay here again!

This property is a bit old but still ok for a quick stay. The rooms were very small but the furniture and bed were fine. There was a lot of "police activity" very close to the property which didn't make me feel great as well as a sense of bias from the front desk. Probably fine if you're white, but as a minority I didn't get a sense of welcome.

This place was clean, room was bit small but clean. If I am in the area, I will go back. The front desk person, I think his name was Pershawn was amazing and welcoming.

The hotel was basically clean and it’s been remodeled it there were ants in the bathroom but as far as a cheap hotel it lived up to the price

Stains on sheets! Used toilet paper. Broken window 2 rooms down. No parking outside our room.

looks creepy from the outside. only one car was parked outside, so we decided to book somewhere else.

Rooms were clean and updated. Lobby was spacious, clean and appeared new. Breakfast was hot and good. The only negative was the appearance of the outside of the building and it wasn’t bad, just somewhat subpar. Doors need replaced or repainted. Walls looked dingy. Parking was sparse. However, the room was fantastic, especially for the price. I will gladly stay here again.

I found a penny by the bed so not sure when it had last been vacuumed. The tub drain was very slow so water built up in the tub during a shower. The bed was pretty comfy.
