The hotel was clean and was in an area close to the center, but the parking was 4 blocks away which was not good. We instead parked in the street. Everything else was good.

A very nice stay. The staff are extremely helpful and have a "never say no" attitude. Very good location, you can walk to all the main attractions in Morelia and the hotel itself is very good with an excellent and comfortable bed. Breakfast is basic, but you can purchase additional items if required. Would stay again.

The room was on the ground floor...dark, dark...plus had to keep blinds closed as people walked by, the sofa was a few inches away from a wall...sitting in the windowless hole you had the WALL in front of you. Yes, .location very good,very clean, but awful room.

Likes: Very friendly staff, great location in central historical, had an outdoor area (within the building) for eating or drinking, super price, we stayed in a suite (which we weren't expecting) which was equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, plates etc. We didn't use it but was a nice option for the budget minded. Nicely tiled bathroom and shower. Only room for improvement would be to have option to open some windows, or perhaps a fan for air movement. Was a bit stuffy.

Amazing hotel. Very clean with top quality staff. Everyone is super helpful and intuitive. The rooms are evenly spacious and have all the comforts needed from fans, heaters, extra blankets, deposit box, etc. all inside already for you. The restaurant on site has delicious food. Room service is available. They're is no elevator si parking light is suggested although they do have staff to help you bring your bags to your room/s They're are 2 message spas around the corner of the hotel. Everything is working walking distance. Breakfast is included. Breakfast is coffee, juice or fruit and toast. It is delicious. Of you need more food the restaurant will gladly cook something for you from the menu (that's not included). Really great place.

We have made many trips to Morelia and we have always stayed at the Hotel Galeria. It has a great location close to the historical area , restaurants and anything else we need. The rooms are spacious and the employees are ready to help with what ever you need.The breakfast included is just enough to get us going for the day.

Nice hotel within a 5-10 minute walk to the cathedral, great restaurants, markets and various bars.
