Yes the apartment has a lot of issues one of the cot is broken my guest had to sleep on the floor and the front door handle is broken. And there is a stain of the sofa cover and clothing was left in the unit and the roaches

Loved the room, it was exactly as shown. Issues with elevators as they were booked to capacity functioning as a hotel but grateful they were available to evacuees. Unfortunately valet left my car out front and hit it and have yet to receive any response.

Do not recommend staying here!! Valet parking is horrible you have to plan at least one hour before because they take forever to give you your car. Housekeeping never came by while I stayed there, requested for fresh towels they never brought them to me.

Nice waterfront hotel.
Check in was ok, they need more employees. Their Cafe con leche at their coffee shop is really good. We stayed at Bay 1, it was a clean and well taken care but the lobby and other common areas can use some updates. Beach is behind the property which was perfect. Overall our stay was ok. We can recommend to families and friends.

Good view, great facility and friendly staff. But the bathroom needs a makeover ; bath tub was worn-out and slippery . Cloth Iron and hair dryer did not work ; neither cleaning staff not front desk were able to help and we have to reach out to app where we booked from to request a replacement

I hate to give a bad review. The apartment had a smell that hit you in the face when entering. It did not get better with time. The air conditioner showed 80 degrees. Even after a few hours. There was no way we could stay even 1 night. There were a few areas in the bathroom and kitchen that were sticky.
