Brilliant, efficient, helpful & friendly staff. Everything was absolutely spot on. We did exactly get the room we requested (studio with kitchen). It was very quiet, even though the hotel was busy nearly every day. We stayed for a total of 13 nights as we added on another 3. Breakfast was fabulous too. We'll definitely be staying here again.

*Don’t know how to do their job *Trying to charge me again even though I already paid on the app *They took photo copies of my card and charged me again when I left the hotel *Theres not enough parking spaces and they knew that and made me buy the parking plus. * I tried to check out the next day after they said they couldn’t find my reservation and then they told me I had to cancel through the app. So I asked if they found my reservation and they said yeah and still charged me for both nights. I don’t recommend this place at all. Stay away

Worst stay ever, staff was really rude at check in, I had a reservation with hotels.com with 2 rooms and they could not find it, I had to tell the guy how to search my name in its outlook mail to find both rooms, he kept telling me its because I did not reserve direct that I had this issue, saying hotels.con was the issue. AC did not work they said it was not broken but it was a “green”AC. Again very rude staff, it feels like when you reserve with Hotels.con multiple rooms you have to fight with the staff to get both rooms, the transfer of information does jot seem optimal.

Pictures are not aligned with the exact room
Room pictures from the website were not aligned with the room we got. (We booked Superior Double Room) No table/desk in the room and only one chair which seems odd. Clean part can be improved as there is no trash bag in all the trash bin and a chewed gum stuck to feminine hygiene products trash bags. On the privacy part, although we have hang the Tag on the door to notify cleaning service not required but when we were back to the room, we noticed the trash bin was cleaned.

One of the worst stays ever!
It was not a pleasant stay at all. Starting from the begining, eventhough we didn't order a twin bed, they kept giving us united twin beds after third time we were sick of it and just quit asking. ONE BED MEANS ONE BED NOT UNITED TWIN BED. I am not against united twin beds but you can not deceive people with your photos or lie to take reservation. Plus the room they gave so noisy ( I dont know what is that related with, the noise was like there is a robot vacuum cleaner working in the bathroom all night) you cant get a proper sleep. They couldnt give the invoice they said they have different agreement with hotels.Com but I get it everywhere I stay for corporate use. Not gonna stay in there again for sure and not suggesting!
