Area is very nice and walkable, Ubers come quickly and if you have a car, there’s free assigned parking—super close to downtown and pretty much anywhere else in Phoenix. I had a great stay at this property. The property manager was extremely communicative and helpful and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. The property is the perfect place for 1-2 people and has a lot of modern touches that make the stay feel like a nice place. It is also in a great location, and I did not hear anything from neighbors during my stay. Overall, I would totally stay here again, and if you're looking for somewhere to stay very close to downtown, you can't beat this price, location, and property manager communication.
