Super mala eleccion no es nada parecido a las fotos la comida muy pesima la playa esta horroble mucha basura definitivamente no recomiendo este hotel las habitaciones frente a la playa son un asco tenian hasta cucarachas 100 pies y huelen muy mal total mente insastisfecha👎

Friendly staff. Management not the best. Hotel management kept harassing about a name change in the reservation for 3 days and even threatened to charge me a fee. Main pool needs mayor repairs, everyone is our family (8 persons) suffered cuts on our feet from losses tiles and we were not the only ones. Food is not the best but not the worst either. Bars will not have everything they needed to open so they will open an hour late. The staff is great especially at the restaurant's and bars.

It was terrible from beginning to end. Took forever to check in and once I was checked in I couldn’t get in my Room because there was an issue with the door lock. An hour later they decided to switch me rooms but that was bad as well. It took another 30 minutes to get towels that were never there. The tv didn’t work and there was no WiFi so I couldn’t do anything in my room. Ended up getting a room at Westin across the street after having no help with management

The service was great, but the hotel was old, the food was not good and not much variety, the air conditioner didn’t work well in the room, it didn’t reach the bathroom, so our hallway and bathroom was always very hot. We couldn’t make it the last night, we checked out early and went to another hotel, they wouldn’t give us a refund. It didn’t make our stay a good one, and not a pleasant experience. I wouldn’t stay here again. But the staff was very friendly and nice, and attentive.

En general nos la pasamos muy bien, la comida, aunque no estaba muy variada, estaba muy deliciosa, a los cuartos les hacía falta algo de mantenimiento, pero en cuanto hablamos los arreglaron. La alberca dónde estuvimos, le hace falta mantenimiento a los azulejos, había algunos quebrados y yo y un amigo, nos cortamos ligeramente los pies y las manos, fuera de eso, nos la pasamos muy agusto, como otras veces.

Great service and place for your money.

Is a very familiar hotel, have activities for kids, buffet is very small , compare to others I have been , rooms are ok, beach part is small, swimming pools are pretty, they make sure everyone wears a face mask and keep their distance. Overall is a good hotel and safe hotel to stay.

Issue was on arrival, when one of our rooms was not ready for an entire hour, until 4pm. TV’s in rooms did not work properly. Could not play music on Bluetooth Speaker anywhere near Pool areas at all, as security would tell us to turn it off.

This property is old and dated. It caters to Mexican Nationals definitely not foreigners. Not many employees speak English and they didn’t stick to any schedules(published). Processes for making reservations changed three times in a week and they were overrun with guests and couldn’t properly accommodate the numbers for dinner.
