My room was near the back door and I heard every convo and every entry into the Hotel through that back door. I was working from 4am to 4pm for 2 days... I even called the Hotel a week earlier and asked not to be placed the bottom floor. They still placed me on the bottom near the back door.

Very nice room. Older hotel from the carpeting in hallways, but room itself was nice. Haven’t seen crown molded ceilings in awhile. Nice touch.

They treat you as if you have COVID, very rude.
I have stayed at plenty of hotels and plenty of ayres which offers such a good breakfast and late check out for me when needed. This time this ayres hotel Ontario mills was horrible. They treat everyone if they have the plague for one. I know we’re dealing with COVID but this is not the way. The hotel next door ayres suites doesn’t make you stand outside until someone buzzes you in nor do they yell at you for coming into the breakfast area with the person you stayed at the hotel with because only one can be in there. Ayres chino hills tops this location by the buckets. Don’t even waste your time here dealing with people who treat you poorly because you ask for more than one milk. Chino is 10 min from here. Do yourself the favor and don’t be treated like a second citizen. The lady serving the food gave me dirty looks and snared at me when asking her to repeat herself due to her poor language and mask I could not understand her. She was so far from pleasant. Being that this is close to the airport doesn’t mean you should lack in customer service for the convenience. There is also the element which is beyond clean and new and superb with friendly service down the street as well.

It was clean, which I also did my own thing just because of Covid. The only dirty area was the elevator carpets. They were filthy, not vacuumed and was not pleasant at all. It wouldn't have taken much to vacuum those daily.
