Do not hesitate to book! The staff was courteous and went above and beyond, specially Alicia, she was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, the location is close enough where you can walk places and there’s a park right across the street which is a plus if you’re traveling with kids. A little slice of relaxation in Florence.
Our stay at Villa Tortorelli was just perfect. We had one of standard rooms but it was lovely and plenty of space for 2. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. We loved the traditional Italian decor with ornate light fittings and furniture. The AC worked well and kept us cool in the heat. The pool and pool area are really well looked after and it’s so nice to come back to after a day of walking around Florence. We had breakfast both mornings which is a mix of bread, pastries and continental (plus some eggs and sausages too). The hotel is secure and so easy to come and go as you please. If you want peace and tranquility in the heart of Florence I fully recommend Villa Tortorelli.
