Super 8 by Wyndham Belgrade/Bozeman Airport

Know that the beds here are firm...like a concrete slab firm. The room is pretty clean. They have made an effort to modernize the appearance and it looks nice. The bathroom is the thing that ruined the experience. While the soap and shampoo are very nice, the shower itself is weak with low pressure and very little water coming out. The shower is also super slippery once you use any soap or shampoo so keep a hold on the one handle in the shower. And if you're tall or roundish, be prepared for a super short toilet. How short? Like half way between your knee and the floor short. Like you have to fold yourself in half to use it short. If you are able to find someone (took me 30 minutes) to ask for a different room with a taller toilet (just normal height would be great), you'll be told "they're all that high, but you can have the ADA room." It's an attempt at accommodation, until someone with a disability shows up, then who knows what would happen. I passed on that side of guilt. Honestly, the best thing was the breakfast, if you could get it. The breakfast is very substantial and very good, and the lady serving it is very nice. But you should know that it ends at 9am, and not a minute after (and that's on weekends too). They won't tell you this when you check in and there's nothing in the room to tell you that either. I've stayed in substantially nicer, more comfortable, and more accommodating places for substantially less. I won't stay here again.

Had a issue, the staff fixed it the next day, all good after that

The room was super cheap so we weren't expecting anything outstanding. However, we were expecting a shower that drained and a shower curtain rod that was securely attached to the wall. We had to be careful while closing and opening the curtain out of fear that the rod would completely break up. Putting that aside though, the front desk service was amazing and the breakfast (eggs, biscuits & gravy) was awesome!

I went to check in and the staff was not masked nor was any of the staff. The room was marginal. Dissatisfied with the whole stay.

The staff at this location was fantastic. We got stuck in another city (due to a flight delay) the day we were supposed to check in, they held our room for us. Marie at the front desk had everything waiting when we checked in early the next morning. Robin (the cook) was very accommodating when we were checking at 5am, she provided myself and my family breakfast before their kitchen was open. The only issue (which I use the term lightly) is that you don’t receive daily room cleaning or clean towels when you stay more than one night. However, when we asked for clean towels they did provide them to us.

Super friendly service. Very clean! Wonderful cooked breakfast! The only disappointment was that the in room jetted tub that we paid extra for wouldn't hold water. They went out of their way to make it right though!

I was glad they had laundry facilities! I didn't want to take dirty clothes home. Also happy for the hot breakfast!

Staff was great. Room was clean. Needs a few upgrades.

Service was subpar. I called a few weeks ahead to insure we would be provided transportation to/from the airport. Our flight arrived around 10pm and I called the hotel for the shuttle service as previously instructed. Long story short, the hotel changed their shuttle policy and we ended up having to find our own transportation to the hotel. The desk clerk was awful. Very rude! I even told her that she was rude and instead of offering an apology, she simply agreed that yes she was rude and it was not her fault that we were not pleased with the service provided. Rooms were less than basic. Linens need replaced. Rooms need deep cleaning. Only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast. We stayed two nights and will not be returning to this location.

Good location. Check in was a muddle. We were sent up to the 2nd floor with our luggage (no elevator) couldn’t find our rom went back down only to have the clerk apologize because she sent us to the wrong floor. We were on 1st floor. Noisy room.
