Bahia Hotel & Beach House

Bahia Hotel is doing an excellent job keeping guests safe during the pandemic.

This trip was only 2 nights. We thought we were early for spring break. Wrong. First night, loud hot tub activity at 3:00am. Second night, loud activity with accompanying boom box at 5:00am!!! Called the front desk. Was dealt with on the second night, since they soon left. But, it is unconscionable (should be illegal) to assign room 101 (right outside the hot tub) to anyone not on spring break. Other than that, nice resort, good trip. But, that ruined it.

The staff and service was very poor. Have been traveling for a long time and this is by far the worst.

Restaurant, coffee shop and Beach house were awesome; hotel was loud due to Spring Breaker ;(

BEST PLACE IN CABO!

This place was fantastic, everything from location to service to amenities was truly exceptional. We stayed 5 days and the descriptions don't do it justice. We loved the one-block stroll to the beach and the many choices of great dining nearby.

The staff at Bahia and Sur Beach House were amazing, showed great customer service and created memorable experiences for us during our trip. Although the hotel was not beach front (thought would be a downside to the experience) turned out to be no issue at all. Staff whipped you down to the beach in seconds which was only a 2 minute walk. We sat at the Sur Beach House everyday for food, drinks and sun all day. The food was outstanding at Sur and Esquina. We ate there more during our trip then at local bars and restaurants. Whether you decide to stay at Bahia we would definitely recommend to spend a day at the Sur Beach House and have dinner at Esquina (hotel restaurant and bar).

This small hotel felt intimate. The staff was very accommodating.

The hotel is showing its age, but our room was satisfactory. We moved immediately to another room as the noise from the pool was overwhelming. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, by far the best aspect of the property. We had pizza at the hotel cafe and it was outstanding. We had breakfast coffee and scones each morning and it was a great way to start the day. The ads for the Hotel are deceiving, I thought we were at a beachfront property. The beach access is about a third of a mile away, and it is very small and crowded. The pool is much smaller than shown in the pictures, and we never used it once. There is a great marina about four blocks away, and it is a easy and safe walk. We enjoyed the mall and local restaurants.
