Tolle grosse Wohnung mit schönem Balkon ( hatten Meerblick). Leider ist v.a. das Bad sehr veraltet. Aber der Besitzer hat Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm bereitgestelkt, was goldwert war. Lage sehr gut für Ausflüge auf der ganzen Insel. Leider kein Zugang ins Meer

10/10!!!! BEAUTIFUL location, absolutely incredible & kind staff, you will feel the aloha spirit from every employee ✨☺️ especially Ms. Yuko! She’s amazing!!!! 🌟 the resort grounds are clean, well kept and gorgeous, as well are the rooms! Just as pictured, units are perfectly clean, HUGE & spacious, HUGE lanai to enjoy the epic sunsets. Also very comfy bed, great AC, fast free wifi, free parking, and spectacular kitchen with everything you could possibly need for cooking/baking! also great laundry in unit, dishwasher, & all the amenities! Free coffee or fresh linens, housekeeping is prompt and a quick call for any mid-stay needs. Worth every $, unlike other hotels, here you will feel right at home🌺 The pools are warm, clean, with epic ocean front views! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful & serene resort, it is quiet & peaceful, literally no complaints!!! You will feel at home, in such a gorgeous place, conveniently located right on Alii, close to all restaurants & stores, & beautiful beaches. The Outrigger has the best condos & resorts, this is the best spot in Kona!!! BOOK HERE!!!! You won’t regret it!! 😃💙🤙🏽

The AC had no automatic controls or temp controls. It cooled down fast, but then moved from cool to freezing. So we had to get up in middle of night to turn off, then on. The facility is definitely dated and not at all luxurious. The kitchen was newly remodeled. There were ants in bathroom, and the tub was extremely slippery so ask for a rubber mat. The $25 a night cleaning fee pushed the cost higher than advertised price. The one bed studio was spacious with enough room for a rollaway bed. Maintenance had to come to set up TV but worked fine after initial set up. It was clean and had free, convenient covered parking.

Our room was an amazing ocean front room with a patio with private lounge chairs overlooking the ocean. Does not get better than this

The condo was large and fully equipped and the ocean view from the lanai was beautiful. But the unit was badly in need of a renovation. The paint was faded and chipped and some of the door handles, etc. were badly worn. There was a musty smell when the unit was closed that was quite noticeable. In our opinion, a 3-star rating was generous.

Amazing stay here. No complaints other than the cleaning fee which is the highest priced cleaning fee I’ve ever paid ($320 USD). That’s way too much. Especially when I have to convert that to CAD too. Other than that no complaints

Spacious rooms and nice ocean view suites. We enjoyed the activities and the location. Had some trouble with our plumbing but was addressed promptly and taken care of eventually. Very good staff with friendly demeanor all around and all times.

We have been at this resort twice now for 4 nights each time. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room had all that was advertised. Being in a temperate climate there are lots of bugs so we never left our doors open except opening them to go outside. I ended up killing at least cockroaches and 26 millipedes (1" to almost 3" ) inside our room. otherwise I would have rated it as great. The location was wonderful.

The place was huge and had more than what we needed. Full kitchen with everything you need and a full size fridge. The master bed was unbelievably comfortable. Hotel is a minute drive to all the main restaurants and bars in Kona. Would stay here again.
