The only bad thing was the pool was down for maintenance. The front desk clerk was very nice.

We have stayed here multiple times throughout this past year for Dr's appointments and have always been pleased with our over night stay. This time was not that case; got in late and had problems checking in, took a good 30-45 min. Our room had animal hair on the bed skirts, the inside door wouldn't deadbolt, the outside door's security latch wouldn't completely latch, the bathroom door wouldn't latch to stay closed. And last but not least, someone tried coming into our room before 7am the next morning, opened the door with a key, no knocking and didn't say anything. Luckily the security latch was flipped and the door didn't completely open.

Very clean and the bed was comfortable.

This was our fourteenth stay in the past year with this hotel. It took us over an hour to check in as we although the room was prepaid, we only had a temporary card from our bank to slide for incidentals. Front desk would not accept this for the $10 deposit. Finally we get to our room about 1:30 in the morning. After waking up late, we called the front desk as we were not gonna make the 11:00 a.m. checkout. We were refused anymore time despite the fiasco the night before. Sorry Kelly Inn but we done with you!!!

Heater seemed to be malfunctioning - despite efforts to turn down the heat, the room was stuffy and overheated. The faucet in the shower dripped all night. When I complained to the front desk person at check-out, she apologized but made no effort to offer a refund or credit.

Checking in was ok, but I felt the lady was stereotyping me on my race. My credit card decline for some reason & she was saying smirky remarks like, do you have someone to call, to borrow the money? She was insulting my wallet, I told her I had multiple cards. I didn’t know the parking lot has no cameras. My truck was robbed with over $500 of Christmas gifts. I have a tonic cover & tail gate, beware people drive around looking for stuff in vehicles. Then the morning I was getting ready, I had music playing on my iPad & my bf was in the shower, the maid opens the door she didn’t knock. When I went to the front desk, she denied it & said, she knocked. Clean hotel but terrible on everything else.

I know it is a older hotel but cleanliness can still take place. Beds are very hard. The customer service at the front desk is awful. The only nice one was the girl that checked us in the first night. Will not stay there again

Our stay was a good one. The hotel was comfortable and very quiet. The pool was fun for my daughter.

Hot tub and pool were amazing

The beds were like sleeping in the floor. Very hard! Yes my dogs stayed free, but my comfort wasn’t worth it!
