Garden of the Gods Resort and Club

Bathroom tub had human hair on edge and under cabinets in bathroom an empty liquor bottle could be seen. After I cleaned tub myself I noticed only Luke warm water was available, by morning no hot water. We woke to the loud banging of maintenance as the people in the cottage next to us called about water not being hot either. We checked out early and told front desk. There only reply was you should have told us earlier. Nobody wants to deal with all of this spending over $400 a night to stay somewhere to RELAX! I will NEVER STAY here again!!!

Stayed for one night on way back home - while we had a great view from our room, and nice to have some outside space, the room was outdated and felt a bit expensive for the quality of the room (stains on the furniture and carpet, lacking in charging ports for iphones, old bathroom fixtures, etc) . Good amount of space though and the in-room wine dispenser was unique. Service was friendly and accomodating, given the pandemic. One note though, please don't call yourself a dog friendly hotel when the charge is $200 - ridiculous, especially if you are staying for less than 24 hours. Also, the additional "resort fee" felt expensive, again, given that we weren't there to use any of the amenities, especially during a pandemic. Overall, beautiful scenery and good service, nice to have stayed for a quick visit, but not sure we'd seek out this hotel for a return visit.

Had the best time! They had live music in the lobby. Of course, following guidelines during covid! It was amazing vibe! Great for couples.

Room cleanliness was a nine everything looked wiped down and gone over including the floor, good experience.

Property has wonderful views of the Garden of the Gods. We watched the sun set over Garden of the Gods and it was stunning.

Clean and safe plus oh so beautiful scenery

It was nice, not amazing. But the food was fantastic! Granted we were there during Covid and I’m sure if we took advantage of all the “normal” amenities like the spa, pools, gym, golf, tennis... it could be better. It it right now, it’s expensive for what you can do.

At 72 years old and have been to many resorts/hotels, the Garden of The Gods Resort and Club was the most amazing experience. It was almost like they always knew your wants or needs, it was the best experience my wife and I have ever experienced in this type of setting!!!
