It was great.
Not very happy with front desk check in. Told us they only accept card with chip for payment. Never was asked that before cannot understand why we couldn’t swipe my card without chip!
The hotel parking lot was full with work trucks every evening from some sort of oil company making it hard to find a spot. The company workers overfilled trash and left beer bottles and kept the side doors propped open. The breakfast was a grab and go and the hotel was out of breakfast supplies some of the days. Had a difficult time getting coffee refilled for the room, trash emptied and room serviced just once is what i asked for during our week long stay. Hairs from other ppl on bathroom floor. Pool closed. May as well stayed at a crappy hotel for the price and lack of amenities. Some of it may be California regulations but seems like they would have enough supplies for grab and go breakfast. Hotel was under construction. Advertised as having breakfast and pool but not the case. Probably not staying at anymore ihg hotels not worth it last stay was in Phoenix area 2019 and was a disappointment for the price. Thier pool in chandler was out of service when we got there. For me the pool is a big deal because of kids. Not sure if it’s California or not with the breakfast area being closed as some restaurants in Santa Clairita/Valencia had indoor dining that we went to and my friends hotel had an open pool in the LA area. They did upgrade us to a better room with nice a view and staff was very friendly.
We booked at this hotel due to the fact that we have 3 older kids and 2 adults and the hotel room had two queens and 1 couch bed. The hotel was unable to provide linens for the couch bed citing "I have no idea where housekeeping keeps them." We specifically asked if the linens were in the room at check-in and we were told yes. We had to put all 3 kids in one bed. The traffic noises from the freeway were nonstop all night long. The phone also did not work to call the front desk or if there was an emergency.
Loved everything except plug in coffee maker handicap people cannot plug in things. Thanks

The property was under renovation and had your website indicated this, I would have chosen a different property. We got to the hotel at 2:00 a.m. and had to check in outside in the cold with a 4 yr old child. They did not have wheelchair accessibility and we had to use the stairs to get to our room. There was no free breakfast as indicated on your website as the lobby was completely closed.
They didn't have ANY single bed rooms, even though online we booked a king bed room. Customer service was no help and seemed indifferent about the situation. We also found a dirty sock in the room; they did a very poor job of cleaning the room and it showed. The phone did not work either. I expected better from Holiday Inn, have had better service and cleaner rooms and Motel 6. I DO NOT recommend coming here and will never be back.
There is construction and they don’t mention it when booking. Lobby
