Paid for a higher valued room and they had double booked so I had to get another room of lesser value and couldn’t get my money back.

Do not stay in this hotel unless you'd like to increase your chances of19 catching COVID-!!!!!! When I checked in the front desk clerk had her mask down around her neck. The night time clerk NEVER wore her mask until I asked her to. When I asked why they weren't monitoring adults who were not wearing masks on different occasions, I was told that I could get in trouble for "harassing" her about asking them to comply with the rules they and the county have set up. The manager was rude, threatening, and pulled her mask down and leaned in closer to me to show me that she wasn't the night clerk. Really? Don't go here unless you would like to catch COVID-19. There isn't enough parking and you have to park at a bank next to the hotel. Oh, and if you ask to speak to the owner because the manager is rude and unprofessional, you can't. No real reason given, just a no. They still haven't refunded my money.

The property was aged but has had some updates done. The balcony was amazing! Comfy! Definitely will return!

Enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in y room solo but had a huge room with two big beds. Also had a kitchenette and the room was awesome. Was very comfortable and the bed was amazing. There is an ATM right outside and within walking distance of places to eat and things to do

Wonderful view and the staff was friendly. They followed Covid guidelines and the hotel was close to everything. I would definitely stay again.

When I got there, there was no one at the desk. When someone finally got there he apologized for not being there because he was doing his round. No big deal. Got to my room and unloaded. Mu husband and I went out for a bit. Came back and hung out on the patio. I can't call it a balcony because it's not on the second floor. I had been up since 5am so by 1am when I was ready for a hot shower and bed I was quite upset to find out that I had NO hot water in my room AT ALL! The gentleman at the front desk bless his heart got the brunt of my anger. He was amazing and as calm as he could be. He got us a new room with a balcony overlooking the bay (after the 2nd shift guy said he didn't have any other balcony rooms so we didn't have to be on the bottom floor). There was plenty of hot water and the rest of my stay went smoothly. I just wish I had gotten his name so I could give him the credit he deserves!

The room that we got was very clean & the staff Christina and Princess were very nice and friendly.

tv did work, some kind of streaming service with no functioning guide to see channels available, And desk didnt explain that till i was checking out in the morning. Next The vent in bathroom didnt work at all meaning flip the switch no fan at all.
