Club Wyndham Sea Gardens

This Wyndham is a great place to stay. Some units are on the beach, others are across the street. The units across the street have an amazing added benefit. They have a pool and tiki bar in a courtyard, surrounded by an amazing and beautiful tropical garden of considerable magnitude. We were very impressed by it! All the staff was especially accommodating and helpful

We booked this room to be close to a family member who took ill in Coral Springs. During check in, I asked if I could get and Ocean view and I was told no, even though I was early. She said she had none available. The unit was a low floor handicapped unit. All the vanities were too low and uncomfortable. They gave us a key that didn't work. When we one to the front desk to have it corrected, they demanded ID which my wife and I don't bring to the beach, so we never got a second key. The staff handled it terribly. I showed my other room key and my phone also had a picture of my check in info. Lastly, they billed us $520.66 for the room,.which still has not been refunded. This fee was in addition to what I already paid Orbitz.The staff was rude and the stay was very disappointing. I used to stay at this property frequently because I am an owner through RCI but I will never trade for this place again. Never again!

If i knew it was a timeshare property i wouldnt have booked. The condo needed updated paint. It was coming off on bathroom door. Rusty hinges

Check in was good until I found out it was a timeshare, property I stayed at was not what I booked online. Room was overall clean, spacious but somewhat out dated. I didn’t receive turnover service the next day.

Our contract showed the building in your photo. It also said we would have a balcony/patio. When we arrived they put us in a different building, in a room near the pool without a balcony/patio. I immediately went to the office to complain because my wife was so upset. They said there were no other rooms available. When I returned to the room, I noticed the tiki bar was just below our bedroom window. I complained the following day. They said there weren't any rooms available.

mini split in living area had broken/noisy fan. Both toilets initially did not flush . Simple thing like bedroom handle broken. Beds were fine. Loved the Tiki bar and beach music. Pool needed the heater they removed to have the Tiki bar. Check in was a pain b/c of their insistence on listening to a time share spiel....

Loved the peace and quiet of this resort....room was nice and modern.

the room was very nice and every kitchen cabinet was well stocked. Also, there was a welcome basket with homey snacks in it. I did not like that you have to cross the business street to go to the front desk and heated pool area. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again.

The property was clean, the pool areas and grounds were nice. The rooms have been updated with paint, carpeting and appliances but the quality of the facility is poor. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation in the outside hall way. Our sliding glass door to our balcony was old and wouldnt lock. The gym was small, didnt have much equipment and the equipment was very old. It was okay given the rates were pretty cheap. For what we paid it okay.
