The hotel was situated in an extremely quiet and safe area!! It is possible to walk around without any issues. There are lots of restaurants and shops at a walking distance as well as the Andino Mall. The hotel offers breakfast (extra fees) and it also has an in site restaurant. The room was spacious, clean, it has a fridge and coffee filter, internet, tv, huge clean bathroom. It is one hour away by bus from the historical center.
Location is perfect. It was close to everything we needed. Hotel is excellent. Food was great. Service was excellent.
Perfect location in the Zona Rosa. Lots of facilities nearby, pubs, restaurants, shops. El Chico museum 10 minutes walk away. The staff here are fabulous. I always stop here when I am in Bogota.
The best hotel ever...with all our travels. Highly recommend this place.the room was fabulous..we had a kitchen facility, and sitting area. Comfortable king size bed. The staff were so helpful..great transport to and from the airport. Walking distance ...just minutes to restaurants and shopping .
Liked front desk staff. Liked lobby, location. Room was basic but good value.
loved the location and beautiful lotions!the breakfast was wonderful!
Like: Felt safe.Quiet. Nice restaurant. Dislike: nothing.
Cute Boutique hotel, rooms are a little outdated but the overall facility is extremely elegant with a very cozy atmosphere. Location is very convenient to walk to the mall, bars and restaurants around downtown. The personal is very accommodating tomyour necessities, friendly and bilingual. I'd recommend this hotel to family and friends that are looking for a quite, relaxing stay.
Booked two rooms here for two days. The picture of the room was good and it looked big and it was larger than most. However, there were significant disappointments with this property. One of our rooms had water leaking all over the table, we switched it and the replacement room also again had water leakage and no hot water. Pros- The staff were attentive and seemed reasonably friendly. The hotel is in a nice residential area and pretty central. Easy to get a cab etc. Cons-the entire hotel, seemed empty like we were the only guests. That was a pretty weird vibe. The restaurant and bar both empty, and the bartender had the liquor and beer under lock and key, like it hadn't been opened in ages. There was an overhanging odor and we weren't sure if it was from water damage in other rooms, or some mildew smell or something else. Beds were stiff, and towels were scratchy. It needs a major facelift or renovation to say the least, its very dated. In the very least make the necessary water damage repairs or don't rent those rooms out period . The place just screamed desperation, and we decided to check out the very next morning and move to another much nicer hotel. The staff were totally fine, its not their fault, but the overall experience was disappointing enough for us to check out early.
aerea and the peace and the rooms are very good as well as the people. . restaurant, bar and the waiting room and little conference room should be more independent from each other
