Canto Del Sol Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive

This is a great resort for families. My wife and I took our 18 year old, 15 year old and 4 year old. Our kids loved the pools and beach. This resort has two really nice kiddie pools and there were lots of kids to play with. Excellent staff!

Deberían explicar que tienen dos secciones en su hotel por que para ver en la página dice front beach hotel y tú escoges ese por lo mismo y resuelta que cuando escoges para la montaña te mandan a su otro hotel de estencion que tienen y te asen caminar mucho de un hotel al otro y eso no está bien

Para tiempos de covid yo esperaba una ocupacion del 30 por ciento..pero para mi era mas del 80 por ciento ..la alberca llena ..la playa sucia basura por muchos lados sin lugar donde sentarse los asientos quebrados se necesitan tenis para,meterse al mar muchas piedras y se tiene que hacer filas para todo ..la cevicheria fui dos veses y nadie me atendio me regrese ...el buffet sin mucha variedad de comida ..la verdad lo unico bonito fue mi cuarto limpio y grande pero ya no regreso al canto del sol para mi es tres estrellas

There was a wedding party celebration outside by the pool, the loud music went on it until 1230AM and even after they stopped the music the happy crowd was loud until 230AM this is during COVID-19 times nobody was wearing a mask I don't think management or staff enforces any of the Hotel's rules. This place it's a good deal if you have a large family and like a lot buffet food but not for relaxing.

Excellent food and customer service!! The property needs updating, very clean however many areas had chipped doors and needed fresh paint! Also the roofing looks like it’s on it’s last leg! After that’s completed I’d say it’s top notch!!

I cannot express how friendly the entire staff was!

The hotel it self I give it a 100 it’s really nice, we stayed at a luxury suite super nice. The only thing I disliked about our rooms that there was a lot of small ants crawling all over you during the night. I asked my other family members if they had the same issue in their rooms they didn’t I did bring it to their attention but nothing was resolved other than that the room and hotel was beautiful. As for the food i give 10 for the restaurants you needed a reservation their food was delicious. I think they need to upgrade The buffet menu it was always the same foods for breakfast Lunch and dinner one thing or two differently and not a lot of options. I’ve stayed in another hotel in Puerto Vallarta last year and their buffet and restaurants were different every day I highly recommend it if you don’t care much for the food.

It was just okay. Too many security guards and rules

It was a family friendly all inclusive that was very safe & convenient for all things. The staff was wonderfully friendly & helpful & they did a great job of keeping things as safe as possible during Covid times by regularly cleaning, sanitizing, temperature checking & wearing masks. It was a lovely getaway.
