The Westin Bund Center, Shanghai

Booked 4 rooms last minute and was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious and stylish, with nice touches like the lavender sleep balm and zojirushi hot water urn. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions in the city and a 30min ride to the maglev train station. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is well placed in Shanghai with access to 2 Metro stations and within easy walking distance of the riverfront at The Bund. The rooms are very big and comfortable, the staff very attentive and helpful. The only 2 issues were the shower with very poor water pressure and the breakfast arrangements. The breakfast is a buffet laid out across large area of the ground floor but on split levels, making it difficult to navigate when it is inevitably busy and causing corners around the egg station to become congested. Not well thought out. Nevertheless we would consider returning again.

Its the Westin! Loved the italian restaurant on the 1st floor. Rooms cleans, beautiful and everything was top notch. Hotel central to bund and the shopping area.

Hotel concierge was very helpful in suggesting that we get taxi cards written in Mandarin for our daily excursions. Leo also went out of his way to help us find a few late night dinner reservations in the neighborhood. Great location! Close to Nanjing Rd the Huangpu River and 7 minute walk to the metro.
