Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chattanooga-Lookout Mountain

Feeling of safety and good location. Hard to judge service considering this current state that hotels are under, however, the team was kind. Really appreciated the goodie bags ... not every hotel is doing that so these guys definitely rose above!

While the hotel and room appeared to be recently updated in decor, it was clean the room had not been serviced in some time. There was visible dust and water spots in the bathroom, a brown stain in the tub/shower. The couch had a collection of dust and a tear in the upholstery.

Checkin was easy and friendly, room were clean and comfy. The only problem I had a problem with was that there wasn't cereal for my 3 year old. There was no milk or juice only water. Also the pool was way too cold to swim. If you're gonna have the pool open make sure the pool is warm enough to swim.

In door pool was closed , tolet kept getting stopped up.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful. First room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. 2nd room was better but not as clean as we would expect from a hotel especially during co-vid times.

The room was barely passable as “clean”.

This is a great place, and I would have given it 5 stars if the pool was open.

It was great to get some much needed rest.

Room WOULD have been amazing IF it had been cleaned. Sheets were COVERED in long black dog hair. Bed was made up, so linen must not get changed. I had the clerk come up and she was kind but unhelpful. I had to ask for clean linen, pillows were also covered in black dog hair. We were given clean sheets and had to make our own beds. Floor, and bathtub was also covered in long black dog hair. Nice they allow pets... but come on. Clean up after they leave. Other guest downstairs were also asking for clean linen too. Used soap, no towels. We were given a filthy room.

Check-in gave us the wrong room and we had to go back and change it. We had to search to find one luggage cart and the next morning it was gone as we searched every floor of the hotel and could not find it. We left the hotel at about 5:55 A.m. and there was no one in the office and none of the food bags had been prepared so we left with nothing. Also, the outside of the hotel is filthy with garbage everywhere, bottles cans and 1 million cigarette butts.
