Best Western Savannah Historic District

The stay was okay. The room was not clean. The bathroom smelled like urine. There was a pile of Tobacco on the floor. The counter in the bathroom was dirty. I reported this to the front desk. A staff was sent to the room to clean it up. I was not pleased with this at all.

It was good. Easy to walk to restaurants and river. But we had to change rooms because shower head wasn't working

My husband and I love this hotel we have stayed here 3 times now love the location and the staff is so friendly room was clean and the shower was hot perfect getaway!!!!

This location is great for the money. It was easy to walk to River Street, the City Market, and great places to eat. We did unfortunately have to listen to a homeless person throw up for 2 hrs outside of our room (in the breezeway). It was cold so we didn’t want to complain and I don’t blame the hotel. But the hotel was a good value for the money.

Location is excellent with access to the River Front and to large number of restaurants and brewery. I would have given a better review but the noise level on the weekend from the large, boisterous crowds until late into the night can be a negative if you are not out in the crowds. Will I go back to this hotel, yes. They have a reasonable pet charge and relatively low parking charge. Request a front room, opposite the river, to decrease the noise level.

No one used masks except 1 person. All employees did not use. Plus 1 lady coughing as she came out back room and walking behind me. Lady laying out food etc. no masks But they have a sign on door saying to wear masks and they didn’t even obey their own sign

Room cleanliness was adequate. The staff was a little slow with check-in and when a fight broke out on the property at 2:30am, they did not do much to calm it down. Yelling and screaming among three adults outside a second floor room lasted over an hour. We called the police who informed us that they already knew about the fight.

The beds were very uncomfortable, there was no blow dryer in the room, the noise level from one room to the other was high, We will not stay at Best Western again. This was far below our expectations.

The room was clean and cozy. It was located near the best restaurants and they were within walking distance. The staff was friendly and they gave my dog some treats. At checkout, the staff was friendly and gave us treats for the road. Would recommend!
