Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel

The hotel was staff was nice for the most part. Rooms were decent, the heat didn't work. The view was nice but the balcony was very small nothing like the pictures. The breakfast was ok as well.

Room 512 is horrible. Ice machine is across the hall and it makes a ton of noise while making ice and even more noise when people serves it. Couldn’t sleep at all. Told the hotel at check out, didn’t care much!!

It was not so good. Staff needs to more polite and accountable for the horrible parking service they have a contract

My husband and I visit PR February 25-28th 2021 The Room was dirty bathroom needs attention. Towels super old. No room service. Had to call several times for towels, hair dryer and toilet paper. Also fire alarm went off at 3am. I called the Lobby. No one answer so we went to the lobby there was one person working there. His phone was going off. Finally he helped us. And he told us that the alarm went off because of the hot water being used. It was super inconvenient because it was in the middle of the night. No one Reach out to us regarding that experience. I paid $617. For Three nights in a semi-clean room. Find another facility. Will not stay here again.

The hotel is in the heart of Old San Juan making it a perfect location to walk to all the great places of the area. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Im looking forward to stay here again.

Everything was good , services, facilities and breakfast. Only thing that was late its the room service delivery.

Great place but did not have meals or snaks in place after the curfew at 9pm, so have to wait until next day to eat something if you have hungry

The room didn't have microwave or mini fridge. If you are planning to stay with kids, bring your own cooler. I asked one of the staff members, late night (December 30) if they can warm some food for me and he said that he couldn't. The day we arrived another woman staff member told us that they could do it if it was late and we were hungry, I didn't get the guy attitude. PR is under a curfew from 9PM to 5AM, only gas stations are open so if you get hungry that is the only thing you"ll have available. They do have breakfast but you need to pay for it, no complementary. I suggest that you go somewhere else to eat. My husband got out of the bathroom and the door handle broke... The TV doesn't offer too much to watch. The pool is open from 9AM thru 9PM at least... Considering the price, it was too expensive for what I expected. I think we paid around $175-$190/per night for only 2 beds. Parking is not free, you will have a discount, you need to ask daily at front desk for the paper in order to get the discount. Housekeeping staff were friendly. The hotel is pet friendly, so be prepared to have dogs barking while you sleep.
