The hotel was clean and easy to get to but the pool/hot tub was closed, which we were not told about prior to booking. The front desk staff was friendly, but one member kept interrupting as we were trying to check in, slowing the process down. The rooms didn't have A/C, were very hot and had oscillating fans to try and cool the room down. We won't stay there again.

No air conditioning! It was a hot day and they had 2 small fans running, but that didn’t help much. The back sliding door would not lock, so did not feel safe. The carpets looked terrible with lots of stains in the hall. I only picked this hotel for the hot tub and by the time I got there they said it was closed at 8pm, and it’s not on property. Also, had to pay additional fee for parking, which I was not aware of. I wish I would of stayed in a cheaper hotel, this was not worth the $! And whatever happened to the Doubletree cookies?

Stay was good centrally located. Due to covid restrictions maid does not enter the room. They leave towels or whatever you need outside your door

Room was nice and clean. The issue was it was the 10th floor and I had to navigate 2 elevators to get to it. I do like to take the stairs sometimes but I got loss trying to use the stairs. I asked about extending my stay and they did not seem very interested in my business so I moved on.

I would personally not stay at this place again unless I had to. The beds were very comfortable and clean, but the place does not have AC. They had two miniature fans to try to keep the room cool. It was only around 80 degrees when I stayed there. I couldn’t imagine staying there if it was any hotter. They also charge $15 for parking per night and there is no street parking available. Also there is no continental breakfast and the Starbucks in the lobby was not open. Way too overpriced for how poorly I slept.

The main lobby looks fine but the hallways/elevators to get to your room are disgustingly filthy. The room itself appeared clean but the bed was a full/double not a queen as advertised. The room rate was reasonable but not sure I will stay here again.

Very misrepresented online. Overpriced for the outdated lack of quality & maintenance. We booked because site said it had an indoor pool, but only upon booking it said the pool was a “short” walk to its sister property. It’s actually a few blocks downhill to a community outdoor pool which means a few blocks back uphill in high altitude, wet with pool gear back to the hotel. Very disappointing. Hallways have stained old, uneven carpet, elevators are very stinky & stained. Room smelled horrible of old, frequent smoke, & gave us headaches. Balcony faced window into view of next door room’s bed. Coffee table old chipped. Carpet lumpy to walk on & I wanted to wear my shoes. We had 2 fans, but had to ask for a third, not only due to the heat, but due to airing smell. There’s no vending/ice machines or gift shop, but rather stacks of stale candy, chips & drinks by the lobby to grab to charge to room. There is an apparent coffee shop in the lobby, but we didn’t see it open the entire 3 days we were there. Once a cleaning person saw us looking, and was nice enough to come over & say she could ring up a banana for us. Super long walk down the hallway just to get to the elevator to get up to the rooms. The restaurant was OK in dining room 1st night, but tried ordering to room 2nd night & no room service, except front desk person running a sticky note over to them with order for us to come down and pick up. Then they told us we couldn’t order pizza to-go because they were out of boxes.

We made a mistake when booking our condo stay duration and had to scramble to get a room for an extra night in Breck. The DoubleTree was available. The rooms are nice and clean, but be warned that the elevators are a bit of a labyrinth until you understand which of the three elevators goes where. Also our room was VERY warm at night, despite having the window “open” (they are only allowed to be cracked open). The fan provided did not provide much relief. We had breakfast downstairs. The kids ate free, which was great, but the $18 per person charge for what amounted to a continental breakfast was disappointing. We got extremely lucky with parking since spaces where available when we arrived. We saw quite a few folks have to leave the garage when there were no spots.

We felt as though we were not prioritized because they gave us a room on the 8th floor in the corner (with the view of the side of a building). There were plenty of rooms available when we arrived. Because of the location the room they gave us, we had to take the very slow elevator to the 6th floor and then switch elevators to continue up to the 8th floor. The temperature was very uncomfortable in the room. There is no AC. The weather outside was a beautiful 75 degrees but our rooms felt over 80. The pool had boards over it because it was out of service so we had to use the neighboring pool (which was way nicer anyway). We will not be returning here.
