Convenient, Quiet and Affordable
Great location and friendly staff. I stayed here a few weeks ago and was so happy with them that I booked here again without any hesitation as soon as I knew I'd be traveling to the Folkston area again.

Once was enough
The clerk at the front desk was nice. Upon stepping into my room and putting bags down there was a huge dead roache, he offered to. Change my room that one was so musty. It was after midnight I was exhausted. I wanted a refund to go somewhere else but I would of had to call hotels.con and I was just too tired . I asked him to remove the big bug and I’d take that room over the smelly one . Not a very good experience at all .also unlike most motel 6s this one does not have a drive up to your door room . You have to walk the hallways and elevators with your pet. I prefer to pul up to my room . I won’t choose this hotel again . The man at the desk tried to be as accommodating as he could be . But it is what it is

Stayed in a kingsize bed unit. It was clean. There was a small microwave and small refrigerator. The kingsize bed only had 3 small pillows. There are no tissues or little shampoos or hair dryer. Walked in and a broken towel rack was laying ontop of the sink. The worst was the toilet...it was literally right next to the batroom sink. If you are a larger person don't even think about taking a dump you wont fit, youll' be in there for 45 mins.

we were there 30 minutes, and the mgr accused us of illegal(smoking pot) activity in the room, we burn incense every where we go to cover the smell of a hotel room. the mgr asked if we smoked pot, and we denied it, he told us to put out the incense, and we did. we left to go to town, and when we got back he accused us of smoking pot in the room, and told us to leave his hotel. this is my first stay at the motel 6 and will be the last.

Housekeeping works hard and it shows.. Cleanest room I've ever seen in a motel 6. Not a lot of frills but it gets the job done. We were very pleased. We usually stay at more expensive hotels but I will choose this one for our future trips to the area.

door not sound proof.
Bed was comfortable and room was actually pretty good. The door leading into the room let in a lot of noise though. Every time someone walked by talking or a maid cart rolled by, you heard it.
