We checked in Thursday night February 4th 2021. The gentleman at the reception desk was more than wonderful. I'm sorry I don't remember his name. He was busy keeping his area clean and was friendly and professional while checking us in. He even brought water bottles up to the room when we called and asked if they sold water. The morning staff on the other hand was less than professional, a lot less motivated to move and get things done.
A lady next to my room was very rambunctious in her going abouts.One would expect she ought to have notified by management to be discreet in her endeavors. For reference i hear loud laughter on and off until i slept off and woke up to unimaginative swearing at what was seen on the TV.Besides this the stay was very pleasant in terms of neat and orderliness.Staff were courteous as well
This is not a hotel that should carry the name Radisson. It’s old, not clean, the staff was smoking right beside the sign, adjacent to the door, that says smoking not permitted within 8 feet of door. Also the, I assume manager, in a white shirt and tie, at the front desk and a staff member had their masks down around their chins. I will never stay here again
Booked a suite based on picture shown on the website that showed a separate bedroom. The actual room was not a suite even though that’s what they call it and it felt like we were in a dungeon because the window was so small and the room was dark.
The hotel in general was nice my key card stopped working the second day, they fixed it. Then my key card stopped working the third day. That got kind of annoying. But other than that it was a good hotel and a nice stay.
The hotel looks a bit dated from the outside (really could use a larger/brighter sign to more clearly show the only driveway entrance from the street) but is fine inside. I stayed here one night. The room was a good size. The downside was that I was in a room on the second floor just off the lobby/atrium area and all of the loud talking noise from the front desk staff area could be heard. The heating/cooling was also very loud in the room. It was nice to have a small refrigerator and microwave, neither of which I used. The bathroom looks like it has partially been updated, but there was mildew in the shower and a chipped shower drain (photos attached). Definitely a turn-off. While the price was right, I don't think that I would stay here again.
Got charged $30 for two missing pillows when the room was left the way it was when I arrived. Key card went out EVERY single day for my two week stay. Just over all over priced for what you get. You're better off at motel 6
Very clean. Front desk was very accommodating. Dog friendly
Nice and clean. My only complaint would be the cost of the vending machines and their "hot breakfast" was microwave sandwiches. Overall, nice hotel and friendly staff.
Outdoor property grounds cluttered with pop cans carry out restaurant trash. Main lobby was some what clean until you got to elevator area. No hand hand sanitizer available. Down stairs and up stairs sanitizer empty. Hot Breakfast advertised, Nutri Grain Breakfast bars and old coffee is as good as it got. Up stairs vending area very dirty and cluttered with trash from rooms, down stairs vending 1 machine out of order "snack machine" 2nd machine out of water area dirty and needed cleaning. CDC COVID-19 guidelines not followed. Front desk clerk has mask around chin mouth and nose hanging out. "SHAME ON YOU" Why bother. Room was not clean musty & moldy smell. Black out curtain hanging from right side would not close. moved tray by coffee maker and it was obvious that the maid did not clean under tray moldy coffee mess under tray. I dropped a pen on the floor when picking up, the moldy musty odor was over whelming, I tried to contact front desk no answer 30 minutes later after getting someone she said please hold I'm waiting on a customer. I had to go to Target and get Lysol and air freshener. Bathrooms were some what clean, a little hair in bath tub drain, sink had a soap film. Tile floor appeared to be clean but the grouting was dirty and had mildew in grouting. After one night in room I woke up with very bad allergies, then back to Target for Benadryl and carpet fresh. When returning to room maids only made 1 bed,didn't vacuum poor cleaning, Radisson NOT Motel6 yes
